Your therapy journey

What will happen in a session?

1

Initial assessment

Your therapy journey begins with a thorough initial assessment to understand your concerns and develop a personalised treatment plan.

2

Set goals together

We'll work collaboratively to understand what matters most to you and identify realistic, meaningful goals that reflect your needs.

3

Work towards change

In each session, we'll explore your experiences, develop practical skills and try new strategies that fit your needs, life and values.

4

Review and move forward

We'll regularly review your progress, adapt therapy as needed, and help you build the confidence and skills to maintain positive changes beyond therapy.

A standard 50-minute session, in person or by telehealth, is $285. Eligible clients can claim a Medicare rebate of $149.05 per session with a Clinical Psychologist.

Is telehealth as effective as in-person?

For many people, yes. We'll talk through what suits you in your first session.

What happens in the first session?

We'll talk about what's been happening, what matters to you and what you'd like to change. You won't be asked to share more than you're ready to.
